On behalf of the Atlantic Conference Staff and Leadership, I would like to welcome you to the Atlantic Conference Leadership Blog. Our goal for this blog is to make available form of communication which is accessable to every pastoral staff person across the Atlantic Conference. Through this vehicle, we hope you experience fellowship, challenging questions, and inspiring ideas which will develop you as a leader and follower of Christ.

We invite you to discuss and share thoughts regarding leadership development topics. On a monthly basis, someone from the Atlantic Conference Leadership Team will post an informational/reflective piece about the hows, whys and whats that develops a leader. All pastoral staff are encouraged to post their comments and thoughts about the posted topic.
